About Us

Welcome to The Galadion Accord, a community-run FFXIV roleplay hub centered on the areas of Limsa Lominsa, La Noscea and their maritime environs and activities. We are primarily NA server based, with scheduled events on both the Crystal and Dynamis datacenters, in both NA and EU-friendly time zones.

We kept hearing folks in our FFXIV roleplay communities bemoan the lack of a Limsa Lominsa/La Noscea-focused Discord server, so we made one! We wanted to create a hub to help players make RP connections for themselves while also furthering our own personal roleplay goals.While the GALA team tries to account for a range of styles and tastes when planning events and RP scenes, not everything here will suit everyone’s roleplay palate. If you’re excited about what we have to offer, dive on in! If all you want is to vibe and meet people—to help move your own stories forward in your own way—you can do that, too!

Our goal for the Galadion Accord is to create a safe, supportive space to be social with others, and to give roleplayers the tools to curate their own experience. While it is our view that not every RP playstyle or social circle will fit every individual’s schedule, experience or personal taste, we also believe that the opportunity is there for anyone who wants to RP.On a personal level, we have our own characters with stories and motivations we’d like to explore. Even within the GALA team there is a range of different playstyles and preferences: slice of life/adventure, high fantasy/hi-tech and more. But our core values remain the same:• Respect. The affirmation of every person’s inherent worth and human dignity.
• Agency. The freedom and means to decide your own actions.
• Community. The sharing of ideas, resources and goodwill that allows a group of people to foster growth and create bigger and better, together.It’s our hope that server members will embrace these values and help make the Galadion Accord a welcoming, fun and inclusive space for RPers from all walks of life.

The Siren's Call

Opening their doors to the general public, the Siren’s Call is a known hub for pirates either by sea or air. These gatherings are a great place for captains and their crews to boast of their recent exploits or lament their current misfortunes. Deals, jobs, and all manner of political business can be hashed out in the public eye to keep honest hands and level heads.

Mini-Event Series: Ongoing Vignettes

Scenes that deliver grounded, lived-in, authentic-to-the-world type of narratives. They are not meant to be “save the day” heroics. It’s more about the rough corners and mean streets of the world. It’s about the places where normal folks get trapped between greed, prejudice, bad luck, monsters, corrupt coin, and grave choices. The stories may not be grand in the subject matter or the telling. But they are ‘authentic.’ They are intentional.

Rest your weary feet and join us by the vineyards for spirits and charcuterie!
The caravan ends in Wineport on Friday, July 24, 6PM pdt /9PM edt /2AM bst

NPC-staffed offerings include the spirits, wine and cheese pairings listed as well as fruit, honey and jams, olives and pickles, cured meats and a variety of crackers and crostini.

Lucky Lunar Spirits | Fine, Handcrafted Moonshine & Mead

Wild Berry Mead. Brewed and mixed with a combination of seasonal berries typically found throughout the Shroud, and changing with the season when they were harvested. This is an aromatic, but drier mead because of the amount of sugars.

Clove and Cinnamon Mead. Fine enough cold, but absolutely fantastic warmed for the autumn moons. Looking for a delicious treat to pair with? Ironically, rich, creamy Ishgardian Vanilla Ice Cream.

Juniper Mead. Brewed from the largest of the Lucky Lunar Apiaries and juniper berries sourced from the outskirts of the Skatay Range, this would bring any who hailed from those mountains a taste of home.

Good Witch Winery | Lower La Noscea

Red

Good Witch Abarswys Reserve Red. Pressed from only the plumpest, cream of the crop Abarswys grapes—a descendant of the fabled Bacchus and Valens vines, crossbred with La Noscean noble grapes for perfect soil and climate compatibility—and aged in oak barrels for at least 18 months. Full-bodied and fruit-forward, with notes of black currant, black cherry and plum with hints of vanilla and oak and a slightly spicy finish. (Similar to: Australian Cabernet-Shiraz)

• Pair with: Grey Fleet Smoked Sheep’s Milk Gouda.

Good Witch Abarswys Signature Red. Pressed from the Good Witch vineyard’s signature Abarswys grapes—a descendant of the fabled Bacchus and Valens vines, crossbred with La Noscean noble grapes for perfect soil and climate compatibility—and aged in oak barrels for at least a year. Smooth and medium-bodied, with notes of blackberry and plum and a hint of vanilla and nutmeg. (Similar to: Australian Shiraz)

• Pair with: Summerford Aged Yellow Cheddar.

Good Witch House Red. Brighter and lighter than Signature Red. Plum and ripe cherry notes. (Similar to: Bordeaux Merlot-Syrah)

• Pair with: Mild Wineport Blue.

White

Good Witch Signature White. Well-balanced, fruity and crisp with medium body and mango, honeyed peach and apricot notes. (Similar to: Aged Rhine Riesling)

• Pair with: North Shroud Comté.

Good Witch House White. Bright and fruity with medium body and notes of lemon, honey and apricot. (Similar to: Rhine Riesling)

• Pair with: Red Rooster Parmesan.

Good Witch Coastal White. Dry and light-bodied, with subtle mineral, citrus and pear flavors. (Similar to: Loire Valley Muscadet)

• Pair with: Bloodshore Buffalo Brie.

Sparkling

Good Witch Brut Sparkling White. Dry and crisp, with a hint of citrus and almond.

• Pair with: Drybone Fresh Aldgoat Chèvre.

Good Witch Sparkling Rosé Doux. Pink, sweet and berry, berry bubbly. Dessert in a glass.

From the theft of a famous painting to a magical storm and an insidious malady felling people in different corners of Eorzea, the investigators are kept busy chasing leads through La Noscea and Thanalan.

Our goal for the server story is to not only give folks something to gossip about in their RP scenes, but to help solve a mystery and shape the events surrounding it.You don’t have to commit to a series of events or have your character engage in combat to participate. Although some scenes do center around battles or other threatening situations, there are also plenty of opportunities for investigation, social lubrication (not that kind) and the like. We also know people have real lives and limited time; the story can and will sometimes move forward offscreen based on the offscreen actions and decisions of the characters involved.You do need to be a member in at least one of the host Discords (either The Galadion Accord or our sister server Jewel of the Desert to participate, since all of the event scheduling, planning and information-sharing is centralized there. Just go to the "Drawing the Veil" forum thread and drop a post letting us know you're interested!
